[ Signs that indicate you're stressed.]

Our body warns us when we're

  STRESSED

Our body warms naturally and our work it's true we get exhausted. How long we work. There may be, we need  keep our cool and make our work

Ignoring them can cost our life because chronic stress
increases risk for a host of health problems, including
depression to name a few.

Experts have revealed eight sneaky symptoms of stress that we might mistakenly chalk up to some other health problem or brush off as nothing to worry about, Huffingtonpostreported

The first is weird and/or recurring dreams.
"Unfortunately, the stress we deal with during the day tends to follow us to bed at night and plays out in our dreams," Lauri Quinn Loewenberg, author of Dream On It -- Unlock Your Dreams, Change Your Life, wrote for DoctorOz.com.

Maybe you don't realize you're burning the candle at both ends until that dream comes back where you miss your bus or your house is on fire, two of the five most common stress dreams, according to Loewenberg.

However, these dreams might help you pinpoint what exactly is stressing you out -- and can help you work through why you're feeling that way, Fitness magazine reports.

Second symptom is tight muscles. Stress causes us to tense our muscles and can even trigger muscle spasms, leaving us in some serious pain, Woman's Day reported.

That funny eye twitch could also be sign of stress. While there's not exactly hard evidence to prove it, many people who complain of a twitch also say they're tired or stressed.

Your teeth can also tell you that you are stressed out.
A number of people grind their teeth in their sleep -- or "chew over the day's stressors," Debbie Mandel, author of Addicted to Stress: A Woman's 7-Step Program to Reclaim Joy and Spontaneity in Life, told Fitness.

For women, changes in their menstrual cycle can be another sign of stress. Women may experience late or missed periods due to stress. Some may even experience a condition know as secondary amenorrhea when the cycle seems to completely stop, according to Everyday Health.

Other stressed women may find their periods continue on a regular schedule -- but feel far worse. Stress can make cramps up to twice as painful, according to Fitness.

Losing hair or going gray could be another sign.

We're more likely to lose hair when stressed, HuffPost Style reported.

However, if you are already genetically predisposed to going gray, traumatic events and periods of intense stress could speed up the process. The Mayo Clinic explains that stress can cause white blood cells to attack the hair follicle and stop growth, and it may also put hair follicles into a "resting phase," so hairs fall out during washing or combing.

Others experience trichotillomania when stressed or anxious, which gives them an irresistible urge to pull out hair on the scalp or other areas, like eyebrows and eyelashes.

Stress can also cause more serious reactions, including irritable bowel syndrome, or IBS.
While the link between stress and gastro problems is not entirely understood, it seems to make the intestines more sensitive and contract more, according to the A.D.A.M. Medical Encyclopedia.

Stress also lowers our immune system, leaving us at risk for frequent colds.
One study found that the people who reported high levels of stress were twice as likely to catch a cold. The stress hormone cortisol seems to turn down the volume on
the body's inflammatory response, Health.com reported, to "free up energy" to
fight off whatever the threat that's causing the stress.

"Stressed people's immune cells become less sensitive to cortisol," Sheldon Cohen,
Ph.D., the study's author and a professor of psychology at Carnegie Mellon
University in Pittsburgh told Health.com.

"They're unable to regulate the inflammatory response, and therefore, when
they're exposed to a virus, they're more likely to develop a cold  " he stated.

[ Mosquito Bites.

If lucky enough, there are times when we can detect the presence of mosquitos before they've had the chance to bite. Though most of the time, it's unlikely that we notice them until one or two (or five) have feasted on your ankles, causing itchy red welts to rise up on your skin. Where there are mosquito's no one is lucky whose blood is hot and most preferred person by any mosquito male or female if you ask me..

Why do mosquito bites itch? According to Jonathan Day Ph.D., a mosquito researcher and professor of medical entomology at the University of Florida, "as part of the feeding process, all blood-feeding organisms introduce saliva into the wound." Adding that "proteins in a mosquito's saliva prevent blood clotting, which allows the mosquito to extract blood more quickly and efficiently. Once the mosquito has finished her meal and departed, her salivary proteins stay behind. Your immune system sees these proteins as a foreign substance and immediately attacks them with histamine." Histamine is an immune chemical your cells release in response to the presence of an injury, allergens or other irritants. It's this histamine that causes the itching and swelling which some people experience following a mosquito bite - emphasis on some people. This is because, surprisingly, not everyone experiences an itchy reaction to mosquito bites. "For most people, the first time they are bitten by a type of mosquito, they get that reaction. But as you're bitten more, most people cease to have a reaction." How to make mosquito bites stop itching The best way to prevent itchy mosquito bites is to avoid getting bitten in the first place by using a good mosquito repellent. The good news about mosquito bites is that they tend to stop itching within two to three days. But if you don't want to wait that long, here are six simple ways to stop mosquito bites from itching:

1. Swab the bite with rubbing alcohol To reduce itching and that histamine response, rubbing alcohol works really well. Alcohol clears away the proteins in the mosquito's saliva - what your immune system would normally react to with itching or swelling. "Rubbing alcohol also has a soothing and cooling effect," Jonathan says.
2. Apply ice, or a cold seltzer can Anything sufficiently cold, like an ice cube can prevent swelling and should also provide temporary relief from itching. Ice won't remove or neutralize the saliva proteins the mosquito left behind, so your bite will start to itch again the moment you remove the cool source. But, if you are in agony and want a respite, ice is an effective option. You can also use a strap-on ice pack if you have a number of bites in a concentrated area.

3. Dab on calamine lotion. Calamine lotion can be soothing. This pink-hued, OTC (over-the-counter) topical treatment contains zinc oxide, which has long been known to have anti-itch properties. The downside is that calamine needs to be reapplied several times a day to keep the itch away.

4. Pop an oral antihistamine.
Most OTC allergy drugs, such as Benadryl, Claritin, and Zyrtec work in part by turning off your body's histamine response, which is why they are called antihistamines. Since this histamine response causes the bite-related swelling and itching, these drugs can provide major relief, according to resources from the University of Washington. If you're dealing with multiple bites and dabbing on calamine isn't getting the job done, or you're headed somewhere where having legs slathered in pink cream isn't appropriate, an oral antihistamine is a better option.

5. Reach for baking soda.
Combine baking soda with a little water - just enough to form a paste. Apply it to your bites, which should help you experience a relief in itching. Should you have to endure many bites, you could add a quarter of baking soda to a bath to quell the itch.

6. Slather on hydrocortisone cream.
This cream is anti-inflammatory and will help keep the swelling down. It has also been shown to relieve itching. Apply 0.5% or 1% hydrocortisone cream a few times a day to relieve your itch.

[ 10 Foods That Disturb Your Body’s Metabolism.]

Many times this is because we eat foods that negatively affect the metabolic rate in our bodies, disrupting many of its processes, including maintaining a normal weight. The foods below may be the culprits, and you should avoid them so that you can get back on track, especially if you're trying to lose weight.
1. Apples

The first item on the list is surprising since we all know that apples are a healthy fruit,
but its bad effect on metabolic rate comes from what is added to it. In this case, they
are antifungals that penetrate into apples and disrupt the metabolic rate in the body
after they are eaten. In a study published in 2012, researchers found that antifungal drugs
caused mice to gain weight, concluding that the same problem could also occur in humans.
Today there are many natural pesticides used to spray fields, and it is recommended you
buy apples well as other fruits and vegetables with a label stipulating that it's 'organic'.
Otherwise, wash your apples well, peeling them if needed.

2 .Canola Oil.

Vegetable oils, especially canola oil, contain high amounts of omega-6 fatty acids, which are essential for the body, but excessive consumption can disrupt your metabolic rate. In the past, Western diets had been relatively balanced in terms of the amounts of fatty acid consumed. But, due to an increased demand for processed products, consumption of omega-6 has increased, leading to a slow metabolism. Moreover, an excess of omega-6 fatty acids in the body causes insulin resistance, so that more carbohydrates become fat that builds up in the body, causing obesity and health problems as a result.

3. Baked goods with white flour
There is nothing like a bite of bread or hot pastries in the morning, but this is simply a bad way to start our days. These pastries are prepared from white wheat flour, which is actually whole wheat flour, with all its essential components, such as dietary fiber removed due to processing. What is left in the end is white flour, which has very little nutritional value and high glycemic value. This leads to insulin resistance and, like Canola oil causes the accumulation of fats in the body.

4. Dairy products

Many people suffer from lactose intolerance and are not even aware of the effects this problem has on their bodies. The casein protein and lactose sugar present in dairy products cause inflammatory processes in the body, resulting in "bloating" and accumulation of fluids that look like weight gain. These infections also cause irregularities in metabolism, leaving many people frustrated that they can’t lose weight.
To test whether you are sensitive to lactose, replace milk with an alternative, such as almond milk, for example, and examine the effect of the change on your body. If you’re less gassy, feel more comfortable and experience weight loss, lactose intolerance may be your culprit. In order to thoroughly examine the subject, it is recommended to consult a doctor for further confirmation.

5. Sugar

As the years pass, researchers are finding more and more negative physical phenomena caused by excess sugar consumption, especially refined white sugar. As with lactose intolerance, sugar consumption causes the formation of harmful inflammatory processes in the body that disrupt the metabolic rate and cause bloating.
Moreover, the body does not digest sugars of this type well and what we are often left with is harmful leftovers in addition to a defective metabolism. According to the World Health Organization, we need to consume between 25-36 grams of sugar a day, but most of us eat several times more than this recommended amount. Today there are natural alternatives to sugar that can be eaten with different foods, and you can also calm the desire for sweets with fruit bars that supply the body with fibre, making you feel full.

6. Diet soda

Our metabolic rate decreases with every passing year, which makes us gain weight even
if we make no change to our diets. In these cases, many people turn to carbonated and dietetic beverages that replace high-sugar drinks to "shave" a few calories from their daily diet. Despite the promise of these beverage names, their effect is completely opposite
to your goal, which is maintaining or losing weight.
According to a study published in the science magazine “Nature”, consumption of diet soda drinks disrupts the balance of bacteria in the stomach and leads to a jump in blood sugar levels and an increased risk of developing type 2 diabetes. Instead of replacing sugary beverages with diet drinks, water is the best alternative, and it also fills the body and contributes to a sense of natural satiety without any harmful components being added into it.

7. Frozen, low-calorie meals

In today's world, we do not always have enough time to prepare meals during the day, so many of us buy frozen meals that can be warmed and eaten immediately. Apart from the harmful preservatives in these frozen meals, those that are labelled "low-calorie" may harm you. Like dietetic drinks, low-calorie meals are harmful to metabolism because of their composition and minimal calorie content.
This is because once our body does not consume the amount of food and calories it needs, it automatically slows the metabolic rate to maintain body weight, leading to a slowdown or weight gain. Moreover, such meals often contain a lot of sodium that causes fluid retention, as well as little fibre so that the food is not digested efficiently and the metabolism goes out of whack.

8. Low-protein foods

A low-protein diet does not contribute to your body because it needs these essential components to function properly. Proteins are the building blocks of our bodies, and without them, the metabolic rate, in favour of different systems, focuses on creating an "emergency reservoir of fat" to be used by the body when needed. Therefore, it is important to consume about 20-30 grams of protein in each meal to maintain a normal metabolism, which is not possible with low-protein diets that only harm our bodies.
9. Alcohol
Moderate consumption of alcohol is beneficial to the body in a variety of surprising ways
but as with many other things, an excess of alcoholic beverages is harmful to the body.
Excessive consumption of harmful alcohol harms and irritates the walls of the digestive
system, thus interfering with their ability to absorb nutrients, vitamins, and minerals.
As a result, our body does not get the vital components it needs from different foods,
rather it enters into a state of long-term imbalance that may harm you.

10. Sea salt

Sea salt has become a popular substitute for regular table salt and many use this to season
foods. Although this unique salt is a healthy supplement and a good substitute for regular
table salt occasionally, it may also cause harm. Unlike normal salt, sea salt does not
contain iodine, which is needed for normal thyroid activity, which regulates, among other
things, metabolic rate.
When you do not consume enough iodine because you use sea salt, the thyroid gland is out
of balance and thus everything that it is responsible for. To prevent this, you can replace
table salt with sea salt sometimes, but don’t remove table salt from the menu altogether.
Otherwise, you’ll need to make sure you consume this essential mineral in other ways.
